A display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simplify an attachment process of a driving package and a flexible printed circuit film by attaching the driving package to a printed circuit board through pressing while interposing an anisotropic conductive film. A display device includes a display plate assembly body, a printed circuit board, at least one flexible printed circuit film(40), and at least one driving package(60). The display plate assembly body has a plurality of pixels. The printed circuit board outputs a signal which drives the display plate assembly. The flexible printed circuit film(40) has an input unit which is attached to the printed circuit board, and an output unit which is attached to the display plate assembly body. The driving package(60) has an input unit which is attached to the printed circuit board, and an output unit which is attached to the display plate assembly body. A length from a central part to the input unit of the driving package(60) is longer than a length from a central part to the input unit of the flexible printed circuit film(40).
