The window has a fixedly standing frame (2), and a window sash (3) movably arranged in the frame, where the window sash is formed between rebate areas (12, 14, 16) that are separated through a heat sleeve sealing, middle sealing and a sealing lip. Ventilation paths (A, B, C) are formed by discontinuation of the sealings and the sealing lip between the rebate areas. The frame is made from wood and/or composite-material, and a glazing (4) is fastened to the frame through an adhesive sealing. An independent claim is also included for a method for ventilating a building and building parts.
