Sundae (Korean blood sausage made of Chinese noodles, bean curd and green-bean sprouts stuffed in pig intestine) and a method for preparing the sundae are provided to reduce the contamination due to bacterial and to improve the convenience of storage and maintenance. Sundae is filed with 10-100 g of a sundae stuffing and the Sundae's both ends are closed. Preferably the sundae is provided with units(4) filled with a sundae stuffing(8); and joints(6) not filled with a sundae stuffing along the length direction of a sundae shell. The sundae is prepared by filling the inside of a sundae shell whose both ends are closed with a sundae stuffing; twisting the sundae shell 1-4 times to make a first unit(4') and a first joint(6'); re-filling it with a sundae stuffing; re-twisting the sundae shell 1-4 times to make a second unit(4'') and a second joint(6''); and repeating the previous steps several times.
