The structure has a fixed base with a rigid main panel (1) resting on the ground. A complimentary rigid panel (3) is displaced between a stable vertical position in which the panel is folded against the panel (1) and a stable unfolded position in which the panel (3) extends along a horizontal plane. The panel (3) has an articulation (4) for connecting the panel (3) to the fixed base to permit tilting of the panel (3) between the stable positions. The panel (3) has feet (5) contacting the ground in the unfolded position. A rigid ground support base supports the main panel (1).
