<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical engineering processing tower device which can minimize the gas pressure loss, and improve treatment efficiency by efficiently redistributing a liquid to be treated flowing down with an uneven stream distribution inside/outside or in the circumferential direction to the entire area of the inside the tower, and a liquid redistributor to be easily manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid redistributor 5 is provided on the way inside the tower body 2 corresponding to the upper and lower intermediate part of a filling layer 3 disposed inside the tower body 2, and redistributes a flow-down liquid. The receptacle 5 is circumferentially divided and formed into a ring-shaped member 8, projecting in the horizontal direction from the inner peripheral surface of the tower body 2 toward the center side to receive and collect the liquid to be treated flowing down along the inner peripheral surface of the tower body 2, and a plurality of deformed lozenge plate members 9 on the inner peripheral surface side of this ring-shaped member 8. In these deformed lozenge plate members 9, acute angle parts 9e formed by the adjacent linear sides 9a, 9b project most greatly towards the center side, and the acute angle parts 9e are integrally joined to the inner peripheral surface of the ring-shaped member 8 with downward angles at the lowermost position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
