<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image displaying medium, an image display device, a writing device and an image display program with which vivid color display is attained by suppressing deterioration in image quality. <P>SOLUTION: By the image displaying medium 12, a desired particle is selectively moved by enclosing a plurality of kinds of particle groups 34 with different adhesion force, namely, electric field intensity for starting movement in a dispersion medium 50 between a display substrate 20 and a rear substrate 22 and forming an electric field with the electric field intensity that each kind of particle group 34 starts movement according to a kind of each particle group 34. Therefore, movement of particles except desired colored particles move in the dispersion medium 50 is suppressed and color mixing that colors except the desired colors are mixed is suppressed.
