<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine, in which massage force can be varied in accordance with stiffness of a treated part of a treated person, so that the force to the treated part is adjusted before the treated person feels pain or uncomfortableness. <P>SOLUTION: The massage machine includes a treatment element 6, an operation means 15 to operate the treatment element 6 by a prescribed operation force f to provide pushing force to the treated person, and a sensor 16 to detect reaction force from the treated part generated by the pushing force.
