摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive, for example, reduction in construction time, construction cost, and in surplus soil from excavation, with respect to an underground pipe machining apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The underground pipe machining apparatus 25 is used in an underground pipe construction in which degraded existing buried pipe is renewed by inserting a resin-made new underground pipe into a steel-made existing buried pipe composed of existing main pipe 250 and branch pipes 240. This machining apparatus 25 is for machining the branching part of the new underground pipe 260 from the inside of the new main pipe 260. The machining apparatus 25 is equipped with a means 13 for emitting a laser beam from inside the new main pipe 260 to its branching part, a means 22 for transferring the irradiation position of the laser beam in the direction of and around the piping axis, and a sensor 140 for detecting the branching part of the existing buried pipe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p>
