PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic device which can be focused automatically with high accuracy, even when shaking occurs, without causing extraordinary rise in cost, and to provide a control method and a control program. SOLUTION: The control part 10 of a digital still camera 1 that performs autofocus control that a lens, is driven to the position of a focusing point, based on the focusing state of an imaging range by an imaging device 22 performs control that the lens is moved and focused, based on the focusing state of the imaging range; and it is also focused by prioritizing the focusing state; in an area that includes the center of the imaging range, when the shaking amount equal to or higher than a predetermined value is detected.
