PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary side receiving circuit for a noncontact power supply facility which can protect a circuit, when an abnormality occurs in a resonance circuit, etc. SOLUTION: A protective circuit in a secondary side receiving circuit adjusts a voltage to be applied to a load 10 while series resonance circuits 4A, 4B are brought into a serial state or a parallel state by a switching circuit 5. As this protective circuit, a Zener diode is connected in series to a circuit breaker 32 for automatically breaking a current, when an abnormal voltage is applied to the Zener diode 31 and the current flows to a predetermined current level, the serial circuit is connected in parallel to an output side of rectifying circuits 6A, 6B, and an output contact point 33 of the circuit breaker 32 is connected in series between the serial resonance circuit 4A and the switching circuit 5. With this configuration, when a current flows one time to the Zener diode 31, the circuit breaker 32 works, the serial resonance circuits 4A, 4B are opened at the output contact point 33, and thus, the application of an abnormal voltage to the load 10 can be prevented.
