PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of detecting a fault which can not be detected by a fixed signal pattern and detecting the fault even during operations. SOLUTION: Signal processing circuits 1a, 1b,...1n are circuits for executing similar signal processes to one another. A signal path means 2 inputs a signal received by the signal processing circuit 1a executing the signal processing in operation to a free signal processing circuit among the signal processing circuits 1a, 1b,...1n. A fault detection means 3 detects the fault by comparing an operating output signal output from the signal processing circuit 1a in operation with a free output signal output from the free signal processing circuit 1b.
