PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly-accurately and stably detect a situation causing deterioration in accuracy of information with relatively simple processing when obtaining some information by processing an image imaged by a camera fixedly installed in a stationary part. SOLUTION: A posture change detector 4 detects a straight line in a prescribed region by Hough transform processing on the basis of an image signal in the prescribed region of the image imaged by the camera 1 fixedly installed in the stationary part.
