PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve contents based on images and sensitivity given by the contents. SOLUTION: The retrieval device comprises content link data 21 associating a content identifier with a keyword; master keyword data 11 associating the keyword with keyword classification; a content retrieval means 41 extracting the content identifier associated with a retrieval keyword upon receiving a retrieval request including the retrieval keyword from a user terminal, and storing the extracted content identifier as retrieval result data; a narrowing-down retrieval means 43 storing keyword candidate data 30 associating the keyword extracted based on the keyword classification associated with the retrieval keyword, with a command for further retrieval with the extracted keyword; and a screen data output means 44 generating a screen for displaying the retrieval result data 31 and the keyword candidate data 30 and transmitting it to the user terminal.
