PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new synthesizable RAGE (receptor for advanced glycation end products) inhibitor useful as a prescription medicine of various kinds of diseases as complication of diabetes, and a disease caused by vascular disorder such as arteriosclerosis, malignant tumor, neurodegenerative disease and inflammatory disease, facilitating the treatment and prescription as a lower molecular material, and inhibiting the AGE-RAGE interaction.
