PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of simply detecting flutamide and/or a flutamide metabolite. SOLUTION: An antigen is used for producing an antibody for recognizing flutamide and/a flutamide metabolite and has the hapten of flutamide and/or a flutamide metabolite bonded to a serum protein through its spacer.
