PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freely openable/closable packaging bag in such a manner that an engaging utensil and a shape retaining member are heat-welded and integrated, and are welded to the internal surface of the opening section of the packaging bag, and at the same time, to provide the packaging bag having the engaging utensil which does not return to the original state even when the packaging bag is opened, and has a shape retaining function which can keep open. SOLUTION: This engaging utensil made of a thermoplastic resin consists of a male member and a female member which engage with each other.
