PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inside/outside air intake unit capable of surely preventing water leakage by a simple configuration in an air-conditioner having the inside/outside air intake unit with an air inlet formed therein. SOLUTION: An intake box 27 consists of upper and lower split covers 27a, 27a'. The joining position of the split covers 27a, 27a' is substantially at the center in the vertical direction of the intake box 27. Further, the intake box 27 is split at the position inward of an inside air inlet 29 from the positions of ribs 81, etc. of a mounting plate part 80 mounted on the lower side of the inside air inlet 29 opened in the intake box 27.
