PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed-forging apparatus obtaining a simple constitution and having compactness and excellent maintenance ability. SOLUTION: In the closed-forging apparatus 1, with which a blank is closed into dies with a lower die 34 and an upper die 15 by descending the upper die 15, and a knock-out pin 39 is inserted from an inner punch inserting hole 17 and a knock-out pin hole 36; the knock-out pin 39 is inserted into the die from the knock-out pin hole 36 by descending the lower die 34, and a cam-mechanism for inserting an inner punch 20 into the die from an inner punch inserting hole 17 by changing the descending movement at the lower die 34, is provided and reactive force is given to the lower die 34 through the cam mechanism with an elastic member 47 interposed between a pressurizing lower cam 46 and an upper die plate 11. Then, the removal/fitness, etc., of an elastic member 47 are easily performed and the maintenance ability is improved, and a complicated hydraulic mechanism is unnecessary and the simplification and the compactness of the constitution can be obtained.
