PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscular strength training machine by which two kinds of training of leg press and chest press can be done with one machine and effective training can be done and which is space saving, inexpensive, and convenient. SOLUTION: The muscular strength training machine is constituted of a base frame 5, a slide chair 8 capable of sliding forward an rearward on the base frame 5, an operating arm 2 pivotaly supported by the base frame 5, a foot placing section 3 pivotaly supported by the base frame 5 and for placing feet, and a loading unit 6 for applying a load to the movement of the operating arm 2 or the movement of the slide chair 8, and is characterize in that the training of the upper limbs and the training of the lower limbs can be done with one machine.
