PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine capable of preventing an engine from over-loaded operation in turning a traveling machine body direction and also improving steering operability. SOLUTION: This combine equipped with a reaping device 3, a threshing device 5 and a feed chain 6 feeding cereal culms to a threshing drum 26 of the threshing device 5 is provided by installing any one of a crutch switch 71 or a position sensor 72 as a reap-stopping means of the reaping device, and a crutch motor 68 and a controller 70 as an intermittent means for stopping the feed chain 6 based on the reap-stopping action of any one of the clutch switch 71 or position sensor 72 and constituting so as to stop the feed chain 6 by stopping the reaping device 3.
