PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce friction torque and vibration by improving the rotation performance, while attaining reduction in the thickness of a bearing rotary device. SOLUTION: A fluid bearing rotary device is constituted of a shaft, which has a flange on one end side and a hub on the other end side, is provided freely rotatably to a sleeve bearing. A communication hole is provided in a sleeve; a third gap between the hub and a sleeve end face is made as a circulation path; lubricant circulation is achieved by coupling the gap to the communication hole; thrust bearing is constituted with two dynamic-pressure thrust bearings formed between a gap of both faces of the flange so as to improve angular stiffness and to sufficiently reduce rotational friction torque; generation amount of a magnetic attraction force is restricted by approximately aligning a magnetic center of a rotor magnet with that of a motor stator. Consequently, rotational vibration and rotational-speed fluctuations are reduced due to magnetization variations of the rotor magnet so as to achieve the optimum fluid bearing rotary device by the combination effect of the effects.
