MULTI-PLY CARTON HAVING RECLOSABLE OPENING FEATURE

A carton (400) is formed from an inner blank (205) and an outer blank (105). The outer blank ply of the carton includes a pivoting, reclosable lid (450) that allows a top end of the carton to be accessed and subsequently closed. A latch feature (322) is included in the carton to allow the lid (450) to be securely closed over the open top of the carton. The inner blank (205) may form a closed and/or sealed liner vessel within the outer blank ply of the carton (400). A method of opening and closing the carton (400) is provided.
