A radiograph processing method, apparatus, and system for acquiring radiograph data with high visibility even if the object to be observed is very small. The radiograph processing method and apparatus, and a radiographic imaging system are characterized in that radiograph data is acquired by applying radiation to an object having a radiation absorptance of 0.0025% to 2.5% when radiation has energy of 20 keV, the radiograph data is subjected to gradation processing by using a gradation curve whose ? value G ranges from 20 to 30, and an inversion is performed so that a region having a large radiation transmittance is displayed with low density or high brightness during observation, and a region having a small radiation transmittance is displayed with high density or low brightness.
