A parity of weights of a solution of an oxidizer to the catalyst and - or binding component totals from 97:3 till 85:15. As an oxidizer use a water solution of the ammonium nitrate or the sated solution of a mix of the ammonium nitrate and potassium nitrate in the ratio from 90:5 till 70:30 sated at temperature 70-100°C . As the catalyst, use chloride ammonium or ammonium bichromate.
