<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image input apparatus capable of enhancing operability without making the apparatus large in size and cost. <P>SOLUTION: Regarding the copier 10, the image input apparatus body 50 is retractably attached in a position nearly above 37cm to 50cm from the lower end of the copier body 12 downward of printer 25. Thus, image information on an original can be input from a position lower than a scanner 26, and also, a command related to a job executed by the copier body 12 can be inputted from a position lower than a control panel 21, consequently, good operability is attained if the copier 10 is operated especially by a user 120 using an auxiliary device such as a wheel chair 122. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
