<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic form distribution system for performing display as different images at a client terminal by an editing program stuck to an electronic form even while using the same electronic form, and a distribution method. <P>SOLUTION: In the electronic form distribution system, a server is at least provided with a storage part for storing input image information by the electronic form to which an electronic form code is stuck and an input field editing program to which an editing program code is stuck for editing an input field by an input image unit, a client management terminal is at least provided with a storage part for storing client information, electronic form code information and editing program code information for each electronic form code, and the client terminal is at least provided with a display means for displaying an input image by the electronic form and an input means for data input. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
