PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device capable of easily modifying a keyboard design while suppressing costs. SOLUTION: A portable terminal device 10 comprises a keyboard 14 including a plurality of key switches on the surface of a lower casing 12. A key sheet 17 is provided which freely attachably and detachably covers the surface of the lower casing 12 including the keyboard 14, and the key sheet 17 enables key tops 15 to be pressed through the surface of the key sheet 17.
