PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency filter in which element deformation by temperature change in manufacturing process is small, moreover equivalent series resistance and equivalent series inductance do not increase. SOLUTION: The problem is solved by the high frequency filter 1 which is provided with a filter element unit 20 in which a plurality of filter elements 21 in which a cathode 211 is formed around an anode 212 of an almost plate shape inserting a dielectric layer 213, are laminated; a metallic member 11 which encloses at least three faces of the filter element unit 20 so as to face with the cathode 211; and an adhesive conductive material 31 which is filled between the filter element unit 20 and the metallic member 11.
