AROMATIC DIACID ESTER DIOL AND ITS SUBSTITUTED CARBAMATE FOR MINIMIZING DETERIORATION OF FOAMED POLYURETHANE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive for suppressing the deterioration of a foamed polyurethane in aging under humid condition and a method for producing a foamed polyurethane by using the additive. SOLUTION: The composition for producing a foamed polyurethane includes a non-isolating tertiary amine urethane catalyst and an aromatic diacid ester diol or its substituted carbamate. A foamed material produced by reacting a polyol with an organic isocyanate in the presence of these components has excellent resistance to the deterioration of physical properties in aging under humid condition.
