PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid agent charging device accurately charging a plurality of kinds of liquid agents at a high speed into one place and a fluorescence detector reducing a running cost while performing accurate and high-speed measurement. SOLUTION: This fluorescence detector is equipped with a liquid agent jet head 20 for turning the liquid agents from a plurality of nozzles 26a, 27a and 28a into minute liquid drops by the drive of piezo elements 23, 23 and 23 and charging them into a prescribed position, and a fluorescence detection head for irradiating a liquid agent input position with excitation light to detect the amount of fluorescence emitted therefrom. Flow paths in end parts of the respective nozzles 26a, 27a and 28a are formed in such directions that the respective flow paths meet substantially at one point when they are extended in their tangential direction, and the peripheral surfaces S0 to S2 of respective nozzle ends are each formed substantially at a right angle with respect to the end flow path direction of each relevant nozzle.
