PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic measuring apparatus for scanning minute reflected waves from the interior of an inspected material at a high detection resolution using an immersion test method. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic measuring apparatus uses the immersion test method, implemented by dividing transmitted and received ultrasonic waves into a transmitting oscillator and a receiving oscillator, and installing an acoustic isolation plane between the transmitting oscillator and the receiving oscillator. The shape of the lower end on the acoustic isolation plane is defined so as to prevent the reflected waves, generated at a tip of the lower end on the inspected material side on the acoustic isolation plane, from entering the receiving oscillator.
