PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyimide film excellent in keeping migration resistance and also excellent in heat resistance and mechanical property. SOLUTION: This polyimidebenzoxazole film contains less than 10 ppm lead, tin, mercury, chromium, and cadmium in total, and mainly comprises a polyimidebenzoxazole having been prepared by the condensation of a tetracarboxylic anhydride and a diamine having a benzoxazole structure, and is excellent in keeping migration resistance.
