PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester elastomer resin composition having excellent blow moldability, which slightly causes drawdown of parison, thickness unevenness, burr, etc., of molding when a polyester elastomer resin composition is blow-molded into a bellows or a molding having a complicated shape. SOLUTION: The polyester elastomer resin composition having excellent blow moldability is a resin composition composed of a polyester elastomer resin and an ionomer resin forming an ionic associate with a sodium metal ion. The resin composition has a melt flow index of 10-0.01g/10minutes measured at 230°C under 2160 kg load and a rise in an elongational viscosity of 2.3-3.5 measured at 230°C at 0.1/second strain rate.
