PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition excellent in storage stability, fast in developing adhesion, curable even at ordinary temperature and improving the line productivity. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition contains a urethane prepolymer (A) having a structure of what at least part of the isocyanate groups in the molecule is bonded to secondary carbons or tertiary carbons not containing an aromatic ring, an amine compound (B) with a melting point of≥65°C and a ketimine compound (C). The ratio of the total number of the amino groups of the amine compound (B) and the ketimine bonds of the ketimine compound (C) to the number of the isocyanate groups of the urethane prepolymer (A) is 0.5-2.
