PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition containing PET and PC and a film and seamless belt which are composed of the resin composition and excellent in heat resistance, chemical resistance, flex resistance and surface smoothness. SOLUTION: The resin composition contains a polymer blend of≥30 wt.% and≤70 wt.% of (A) polyethylene terephthalate and≥30 wt.% and≤70 wt.% of (B) a polycarbonate. The polymer blend accounts for≥80 wt.% of the total amount of the resin composition. A peak having a heat of crystal melting (ΔH) of≥13 J/g within the range of 220-260°C in thermal analysis by differential scanning colorimetry is not detected for the resin composition.
