PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically insulating polyamideimide-based resin composition excellent in abrasion resistance and flexibility, a paint comprising the electrically insulating resin composition as a coating film component and an enamel wire excellent in abrasion resistance and flexibility using the resin composition. SOLUTION: The electrically insulating resin composition comprises (A) a polyamideimide resin and (B) a five-membered heterocyclic compound consisting of an S atom and an N atom having a specific amino group. The paint contains the electrically insulating resin composition as the coating film component and the enamel wire is prepared by applying the paint on a conductor and baking the painted wire to adhere the paint.
