PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral preparation for digestive tract equipped with a controlling layer dissolvable with digestive liquid, while satisfying the function of a protective layer of protecting the medicine and medicine-carrying layer from the outside digestive liquid, making the dimension of the oral preparation for the digestive tract as very fine so as to reduce the unevenness of absorption of the medicine by making the protecting layer for the medicine and medicine-carrying layer thin. SOLUTION: This oral preparation for the digestive tract is equipped with the medicine 2, the medicine-carrying layer 3 for carrying the medicine 2, the controlling layer 6 installed as covering the part of the outside of the medicine-carrying layer and dissolvable by the digestive liquid secreted from the digestive tract and the protective layer 5 installed for covering approximately the remaining part of the outer surface of the medicine-carrying layer 3 for protecting the medicine 2 and medicine-carrying layer 3 from the outside digestive liquid. The protective layer 5 is formed by layering the component of the protecting layer 5 on the outer surface of the medicine-carrying layer 3 by a chemical gas phase-growing method.
