PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vehicular structure for absorbing a shock to be applied to legs, which can effectively absorb a shock load even in the case of using a thin pad material or a small-area pad material. SOLUTION: This vehicular structure 6 for absorbing shock to be applied to legs is structured of a shock absorbing material placed under feet of an occupant and a floor carpet material 7. The shock absorbing material is formed of a shock absorbing pad material 1 placed on a car body and a plate material 8 placed on the pad material 8. The shock absorbing pad material 1 is formed so that several buffer walls 3 and 3 opposite to the legs are extended in the cross direction or in the back and forth direction of the car body and that they are integrated with each other by connecting upper ends and lower ends of the adjacent buffer walls 3 and 3 to each other. The plate material 8 has an area, in which at least one leg can be put on. The shock absorbing pad material 1, the plate material 8 and the floor carpet material 7 are laminated in this order from the car body side to the inside of the cabin.
