PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper made decorative sheet which is superior in physical properties such as mar resistance, abrasion proof or the like and in chemical properties such as water proof, solvent proof, chemical resistance or the like, can be subjected to V cut processing or wrapping processing as an after treatment, further is provided with feeling of material and coating being near to natural material such as natural wood or the like, and also is capable of utilizing incineration treatment as treating means of the waste. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet comprises a thermoplastic resin layer with a thickness of 20-70μm, a solid printed masking layer and a picturesque printed layer being laminated in this order on the surface of a paper base layer, after embossed, further an ionizing radiation curable resin layer with a thickness of 15-25μm being provided as a top coating layer.
