PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a driver recognize a trend of fading in a brake mechanism and prompt the suppression when a braking force is used many times in a state where there is no brake operation by the driver. SOLUTION: A fade alarm is informed to the driver in accordance with the frequency operating an automatic brake in the state having no brake operation by the driver. When the number of times for operating the automatic brake is counted (steps S32, S33), and the number of times to be counted exceeds the predetermined value (determination of step S36 is "YES"), the fade alarm is informed to the driver by the alarm device 9 (step S39). Even if the number of operating the automatic brake is not less than two times, it is counted (steps S22 to S28, S32 and S33) as one time if it is in the same turning, so that the number of counts is not unnecessarily increased by hunting of the automatic brake due to the repetition of ON/OFF.
