PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a co-extruded multilayered film having two kinds of easy unsealability such as an easy cutting property capable of easily tearing in the longitudinal and transverse directions of the film, and an easy peeling property enough for easily peeling a heat-sealed part, capable of performing secondary molding, and bearing pinhole resistance by bending, and to provide a packaging material using the film. SOLUTION: The co-extruded multilayered film is manufactured by laminating a resin layer (A) consisting of a low-density polyethylene (a1) and/or a linear low-density polyethylene (a2), a resin layer (B) comprising 70-90 mass% low-density polyethylene (b1) and/or linear low-density polyethylene (b2) and 10-30 mass% cyclic olefin resin (b3), and a resin layer (C) comprising 70-90 wt.% low-density polyethylene (c1) and/or linear low-density polyethylene (c2) and 10-30 wt.% butene-1 polymer (c3) in the order of (A)/(B)/(C) or in the order of (A)/(B)/(A)/(C).
