PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the noise and injury of food containers in collected food container conveying apparatus for conveying collected food containers used in eating and drinking by customers into a kitchen. SOLUTION: The collected food container conveying apparatus 4 is for conveying the collected food container S used by customers into the kitchen. The collected food container conveying apparatus 4 has a conveying passage 20 with a conveying face 20' for conveying the collected food containers S and a lifting means 30 in a loading part 15 which is disposed adjacent to a table 6 on which the customers eat and drink. The conveying face 20' of the conveying passage 20 is located at a position lower than the height of the upper surface of the table 6 when the customers eat and drink. The lifting means 30 lifts the upper surface of a lifting part 31 which constitutes at least part of the upper surface of the table 6 to the height position almost flush with the conveying face 20'.
