PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precipitate-removing device for moving precipitates accumulated on the bottom surface of an aquarium to a prescribed place to remove the precipitates, and to provide an aquatic product culture apparatus using the same. SOLUTION: This precipitate-removing device 10 comprises a main body portion capable of traveling in a groove 15 in an aquarium, a scraper 22 pivotally attached to the front end of the main body portion so that a lower end side is rotated to contact with the bottom surface of the groove, ropes 23, 24 hooked on the scraper, winches 25, 26 for pulling the ropes to make the main body portion to travel in the front or back direction is characterized in that the lower end side of the scraper contacts with the bottom surface 15a of the groove, rakes up the precipitates, and simultaneously moves to a prescribed place of the groove, when the scraper is pulled with the winch through the rope to make the main body portion to travel in the front direction, or the scraper is inversely pivotally attached to the main body portion to form a space 27 between the lower end side and the groove bottom surface, when the rope is pulled to make the main body portion to travel in the back direction.
