<p>A conditioning bottom (1) comprises a main body (2) and strongly tightening parts (3). Each of the strongly tightening parts (3) is formed in a band shape and has a tightening force larger than that of the body (2). The strong tightening part (3) comprises a first strongly tightening part (3a) extending along the outer edge of the gastrocnemius muscle of a wearer so as to surround the gastrocnemius muscle when the garment is worn by the wearer, and a second strongly tightening part (3b) connected to the first strongly tightening part (3a) and extending to the inside leg position of the wearer through the inside of the lower leg part and the thigh part of the wearer. A first mesh part (4) having a tightening force smaller than that of the strongly tightening part (3) is formed at the portion surrounded by the first strongly tightening part (3a).</p>
