A filling device (31) has a screw channel (33) convoluted around a vertical axis (A2). The holder and the filling device are adjustable with respect to each other in the direction of the vertical axes (A1) to engage the screw channel into the inner side of the machine drum. The holder forms a supporting ring at its highest level, and a set of support arms is arranged at the filling device.
