<p>A conveyor (1) for conveying and buffering of products (2) is provided with a frame (4), a plurality of supports (6) which are spaced from each other and which are moved with respect to the frame (4) in a conveying direction by driving means, and an obstruction for obstructing of a first product (2) in the conveying direction. The supports (6) can each bear at least one product (2) on a baring surface (9). The frame (4) is provided with a supporting surface (12) , the supports (6) and the supporting surface (12) are arranged such and positioned with respect to each other such, that the product (2) is free from the supporting surface (12) when the product (2) is barred by one of the supports (6) and rests on the supporting surface (12) when the supports (6) are spaced from the product (2) . In one embodiment each support (6) comprises a set of elongated rollers (7) which are freely rotatably fixed to a conveying member (5) to which the supports (6) are attached.</p> |
