FIELD: technique and process for preparing of beverage using capsule content. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus is designed for preparing of beverage from capsule containing substance to be drawn in drawing system 7 for preparing of beverage. Apparatus has cassette charging system 2 comprising capsules ordered in the form of sets 20-23, and gripping means 4 movable between cassette charging system 2 and drawing system 7. Gripping means 4 is designed for rotation and movement and is adapted for gripping of individual capsule from one set and releasing said capsule in drawing system 7. Gripping means 4 is designed for moving between at least two positions, first of said positions being gripping position wherein capsule is individually held and transferred by gripping means 4, and second of said positions being releasing position wherein gripping means 4 is expanded for releasing capsule from gripping means 4 within drawing system 7, which is adapted to be closed with capsule therein. Method involves selecting and processing capsule in such apparatus. ^ EFFECT: reliable and simplified application of system for feeding and pouring of liquid extract. ^ 16 cl, 15 dwg |
