FIELD: measuring technique. ^ SUBSTANCE: electrostatic voltmeter comprises dielectric housing, two electrodes whose outputs are connected with the measuring leads, movable member made of a cylindrical dielectric mounted on the axle connected with the housing for permitting rotation, and reading unit with scale applied on the face of the movable member and provided with two light guides. The movable member has vertical axle of rotation that is secured to the dielectric housing. The electrodes are mounted for permitting rotation by a small angle by means of screws-correctors arranged on the top section of the electrostatic voltmeter. ^ EFFECT: enhanced precision. ^ 1 cl, 1 dwg |
