FIELD: metallurgy; conveyor sintering machine cars. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of longitudinal sealing of vacuum chambers. Proposed sintering car has body with running rollers and longitudinal seal mounted in slot of T-shaped body. Seal is made in form of movable plate with end face slots interacting with sealing surface of vacuum chamber. Pins secured in body are fitted with clearance in end face slots. Movable plate is provided with stops installed for contact with pads of shaped slot. Stop travel value in head of shaped slot of body is less than possible travel of pins in end face slots of movable plate. Car is provided also with detachable extreme upper position locks of movable plate arranged between pads of shaped slot of car and lower surface of movable plate stops. ^ EFFECT: prevention of falling out seal movable plate, increased repairability, provision of possibility of standardization of cars. ^ 2 cl, 8 dwg
