<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data recording and reproducing device in which interference between codes is reduced based on a pattern of a phase modulation mask. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with a space light amplitude modulator 20 space-modulating amplitude, a phase modulation mask 30 modulating a phase, and an interference optical part 40 recording interference in a medium M. Further, the device is provided with an image sensor 50 taking out reproduction light from the medium M and photographing it, and a signal processing means 60 signal-processing a photographed digital image, wherein a space filter performed in the signal processing means 60 reduces interference between codes by changing a filter property based on space positions of respective pixels, and an error rate is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
